|Recommended: YesIt’s OK — OK apartment. A lot of maintenance issues the day OF moving in as well as months after.. There is never parking at night. You will have to park across in some other building walking in the dark alone. Neighbors are LOUD at night. Litter in the ponds. Key fob doesn’t even work for the gym. You are in the worst place for traffic in this nook. Other than that, it’s an okay price for what you get.

|Recommended: YesGreat here — I really do enjoy my apartment. I do hear my neighbors some but nothing unusual. I try to be mindful that I am over top of someone myself.
The grounds are well maintained. The apartment is beautiful, and spacious. This offered the most square feet for this amount of rent in the area.
Staff has been very friendly and helpful.
Parking can be a bit tight. I do wish there was more available but I haven't been without a place to park since I got here.
I highly recommend.
