|Recommended: YesJust moved in. — I’ve been here for 1 week now. The staff in the office have been great with answering questions and taking care of any issues I’ve had. The maintenance team has been superb as well. Every issue on my move in check list was scheduled and taken care of in a timely manner. Jon the maintenance guy, even took care of issues we didn’t report as well as things we talked to him about while he was fixing things on our check list. He had a great attitude and a smile the whole time. A for Jon. Nice people in our building and a nice environment to go for walks with our dogs.

The developments needs to send out periodic reminders to apartment occupants about the following
Noisy pets
keeping pets on leases whenever outside of their apartments and
the slamming of entrance exit doors.

Maintenance staff responsive and helpful, knowledgeable with any issues.
Casey helped us on move in day. We actually met him prior to move in - he answered questions about the apartments and made us feel comfortable.

|Recommended: YesA1 apartment — Even when we were just on the waiting list, Jacqueline was made sure she kept in contact with and immediately let us know when a unit we preferred was open. Everyone at the leasing office was extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is VERY well maintained and Elizabeth let us tour our apartment before our move in and a mini tour of the property amenities, I only wish I found this place sooner

|Recommended: NoMediocre — The price you pay does not equal the quality of management. The new manager is a dunce and cares nothing about the convenience of the residents. She consistently makes poor decisions and we unfortunately must suffer each time.

I am new to the manager role here at Waverly Station at the Highlands and I am always open to feedback so we can continue to improve. Thank you for reaching out and taking my call this morning to discuss your concerns. I deeply apologize that you feel as if any decisions at this community have hindered your livelihood here at Waverly Station at the Highlands. That is never our intention and we always want each resident to be comfortable in their home. I myself am a long time employee and resident of this community and take pride in what we do to keep everyone in our community as comfortable as possible. I understand your frustrations with the paint in your apartment and would be glad to offer you a touch up since you have been a long term resident in the same unit. We were excited to have our parking lot repaved. We appreciate your patience as we completed this process and are sorry that we had to limit parking in certain areas to complete this project. We appreciate your continue residency at Waverly Station and will continue to work our hardest to make you as comfortable as possible in your home.
