It does bother me that the back gate is broken and seems like it won't get fixed. The gated community is important to me as I live alone and like the added security. Though I will say that having the security system in the home without an extra charge is a very nice perk.

The office and maintenance are very nice and helpful I never really heard noises from neighbors, if so it was very rare. There is also a nice pool area and grill hangout spot by the pond. My boyfriend and I would always go out there and cookout. Love the area too Everything you need is close by like Walmart, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Publix, the mall, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and many more. I would defiantly recommend this apartment complex

submitted by JOSEPH L. - |Recommended: YesWe Love All The Staff Here Waverly Station — It's very quiet peaceful, the ponds are beautiful, tons of turtles wildlife. We love it. Miss Tammie, Jamie Autumn are always wonderful. They really care love the residents. They always try to do something for the community to connect us all have fun. The maintenance guys David Jon have been great. Maintenance has their hands full definitely need some more help but they do a great job the best they can. Jon goes above beyond every single time always does an excellent job for us is just a great person. David is the supervisor does his absolute best to accommodate you be honest, thorough personal with you. Both are down to earth easy to talk to. We love living here, it's beautiful, quiet peaceful for the most part. We thank God for ya'll.
