Waverly Station loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We have a 100lb weight limit for 2nd and 3rd floor homes. We require a $300 non-refundable fee ($200 for second pet) and $15 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bull Terriers (full and mixed), Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepard, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Great Danes, Presa Canario's, Cane Corsos, and Alaskan Malamutes.
